BIKAL shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer of any planned changes to BIKAL 's services that may adversely affect the Services provided hereunder. BIKAL do not provide support for individual or business customers unless a maintenance or repair agreement has been made between the client and BIKAL for an agreed price. BIKAL do not provide any support for third party products and services. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY INDEMNIFICATION LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FORCE MAJEURE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EQUIPMENT BIKAL shall not be responsible for any changes in Service(s) outside its control that cause Customer Equipment to become obsolete, require modification or alteration, or otherwise affect the performance of the Service(s). However, if practicable (without an obligation to expend funds or incur additional costs), BIKAL will assist Customer in resolving any such Equipment problems over which BIKAL may have control.
