How do I view CCTV on my Java 3G Mobile Phone?
Enter your Routers External (public) IP address followed by your user ID & password in your mobile phones Internet browser. You will also need to forward port 554 to your cameras internal IP address. e.g. http://ipaddress/userid.password or http://78.88.221.445/010090121/8879. If you do not know your external ip address, visit www.whatsmyip.org and look at the top of the page. See 3G CCTV Video for more info.

Do I need a fixed IP address for remote access? My ip address keeps changing!
No, you do not need a fixed ip address for viewing your camera from a remote location. If you use the software provided, the myipcam.co.uk website or the Plug n Play software for Windows & Symbian mobile phones, you do not need to know your IP address, even if it changes. Simply enter your cameras user ID and password for remote access. if you are connecting via direct connection to the cameras webserver or on Java mobile phones, you will need to know your camera locations public / ISP assigned IP address.

I cannot connect to my camera from a mobile phone or RTSP player?
If you cannot connect to your camera from a mobile phone and you have followed the instructions correctly, please ensure you have forwarded port 554 on your router to the cameras internal IP address. See video on port forwarding here.

I have forgot my password, have lost my password or want to change default password
If you need to recover access to your Candy Bar Cam, you can reset the password by pressing the reset button on the rear of the camera and holding it down for 30 seconds, then let go or until the camera reboots. When the camera re-starts, it will have the default password - ipcam. You can also change the password by accessing the webserver direct. If you are using the supplied software, look for your cameras ID under the heading 'Auto Search' on the mid-left side. Right click the cameras ID and select 'web configure' (if you hover your mouse you will see the cameras internal IP address). The default username is admin, leave the password blank (do not enter anything). You will then be able to access the cameras settings and change the password to something more memorable.
