2. Go to “Settings” ->”App. Manager”
3. Set “Software installation” item to “All” instead of “Signed only”. And turn off “Online Certificate Check”.
1. Go to “Menu -> Web”
2. Add bookmark – http://www.bikal.co.uk/symbian.html
3. Download mCamView.sisx to your phone by clicking on #1 button.
4. Install the mCamView.sisx on your mobile phone.
5. Menu -> Applications -> Run mCamview
6. Run mCamview -> Menu -> Add -> Camera ID / Password
7. Choose your 3G broadband ISP or WiFi AP to see video.

8. Make sure the Default Access Point is the same as for Real Player on section B. Otherwise, there will be problem to see the video.

Note: You may need to check with your 3G operator company if you’re not sure which “Access Point” to use.
1. How to view video
1.1.Either click Options -> Add or right click on the screen and click Add.
1.2.Enter the CamID and Password of the IP camera and give a name for this
camera and click OK button.
2.Play the video
2.1.Make sure the Mobile can connect to internet through 3GPP.
2.2.Double click on the camera item to connect to the IP camera.
2.3.Once the connection has been established, mCamView invokes the built-in
streaming player to play the video.
2.4.For pan/tilt type IP camera, you can press the left/right and up/down buttons
to do the pan/tilt movement.
3.Change the video settings
3.1.Right click on the camera item and choose Video settings.
3.2.The current video settings will be displayed and change the settings as you
want. Then click Update button and enter the admin username and admin
password to update the settings.
4.Delete the camera
4.1.Right click on the camera item and choose Delete.
5.Exit the mCamView
5.1.To be noticed, the X button in the upper-right corner is a minimize button, not
an exit button. To exit the mCamView correctly, please click on the Exit
button in the bottom-right corner.
5.2.If the mCamView is minimized, you can get mCamView back to maximized
state by starting mCamView again. If that does not work, please go to Start
-> Settings -> System tab -> Memory (or Task Manager) and double click
on mCamView to get it back maximized.
Usage limitations :
The mCamView only runs Symbian based mobile phones that has 3GPP ability and only works for BiKal’s plug n play series IP cameras, not Elite level. The Trial version has the following limitations:
