Telco:

The Division has been operating since 2008.

We aid Telco companies who are experiencing :

  1. Declining revenues
  2. And, are investing into their communications infrastructure. This is usually in the form of fibre optic networks and data centres.

 

BiKal Telco division can consult and design on providing a service for the Telcos business and consumer end customers. Telco operators can then generate revenue :

  1. Through the resale of the equipment
  2. The storage of the data.

 

The demand is driven through the requirement of end consumers not wanting to have images locally and leaving on computers for security recording.

 

Bikal Telco Division can create :

  1. The right camera choice in relation to the Telco operators end customer. Taking into account prices and environment.
  2. The web user interface which interacts with the end customer. For the business or government customer BTD will make a bespoke interface for that specification or application.
  3. BTD can also create a data centre network for storage of the date when the telco operator does not want to manage the storage or requires additional capacity buffer.


 


 

Bikal Mobile Operators:

Bikal has created a division to manage the different applications which are connected.

 

The BiKal M2M Division brings applications to the business, domestic and the government customer. M2M application reduce the cost of installation and are designed to increase efficiency. Bikal created the division from the progression of the M2M surveillance devices and the progressing connectivity technology. Mobile operators have enabled sim cards to have a wider scope of applications.

 

Some of the Bikal M2M product offerings are:

  •  Mobile Digital Video Recorder for Vehicles such as Trains, Cars, Military, Trucks and coaches
  • Gate Opener via SMS for access control
  •  Asset tracking for containers

Bikal Risk Assessment: 

The Bikal RA division helps protect people, information, assets and reputation. Bikal Risk Assessment division partners with established companies who have risk assessment certification and are qualified to carry out surveys. Comprehensive reports are produced to allow the end customer to see the risks and what solutions are suggested to counter the risks. BRA's core competencies include protection against risks arising within an organization from employees, partners, technology, process flaws etc. and externally from competition which includes direct business competitors, media, and other stakeholders. BRA's outcome-oriented approach includes combination of information security management services, physical security advisory services, technical advisory services, corporate governance and fraud risk management services, business continuity and change management services. These services are designed to address the business risks from a 360 degree perspective making the risk management initiative a great success.
